Roast some Brussel sprouts with a little avocado oil
Roast the cauliflower rice with lots of turmeric, garlic, smoked paprika and a little cumin.
Roast some carrots and red onion.
Top it all off with some TURMERIC TAHINI made with my Ethiopian tahini!
Basically the dressing was just tahini, water and turmeric. Sooo delish
