Spicy Hummus Sandwich

Sprouted wheat bread
Heirloom tomatoes
Fried patty pan squash
Grilled purple onions

Korean style Hummus

2 cups of garbanzo beans
2 tsp of gochujang garlic paste
1/5 of a cup of fresh basil
3 garlic cloves
3 tbso if lemon juice
1 tbsp of tamiri soy sauce
2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
2 tbsp of water
2 rbsp of Shirley Bar Living Ethiopian Tahini 
1 tbsp of cumin
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of black pepper 


1. Cut the squash in squares and fried them up with a bit of coconut oil.
    (2-3 min total)
2. Blend the hummus ingredients in a high speed blender and that it’s it.
    (1 tbsp of water accordingly)
3. Layer your sandwich however you want.
