Potato Salad topped with my Ethiopian Tahini!

Chop your spuds

coat them in 1 tbsp nutritional yeast + 1 tsp garlic

bake at 420F for 35 min

Top with fresh tomatoes, avocado chunks, and a healthy drizzle of Ethiopian tahini 👅💦
