Simply melt 1/2 cup coconut oil, mix with 1/2 cup of my Ethiopian tahini, 1/2 cup cacao powder (or you could use a chocolate protein powder), and sweetener of choice (maple syrup, coconut nectar, or stevia). Portion, top with goji berries (optional) and freeze
until ready to enjoy! 😍
