"Lets talk Hummusss..well first off hummus is one of my favorite foods😛 but a lot of store bought hummus' are filled with nasties! Usually a ton of oils and most are gunna be the cheapest oils out there. Very rare to find a hummus made with raw/cold pressed oil. This leaves you with a high fat, low protein hummus. Meaning most of the calories come from the added oil.
I love to make my own hummus at home with cleannnn ingredients🌱 Right now my favorite flavor is Garlic Jalapenooo🌶 and my secret ingredient that makes it the CREAMIEST hummus ever is @shirleybarliving Ethiopian Tahini💗 Mann you gotta try that stuff😝
This hummus is super high in #plantbasedprotein and complex carbohydrates (um hey perfect snack for pregnancy and breastfeeding) so eat up mamas!”

Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
1/4 cup @shirleybarliving Ethiopian Tahini
1/2 cup water
Juice of half a lemon
2 cloves of garlic
Half a jalapeno with the seeds
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Add everything to a high speed blender, blend until smooth❤️
