1 can (15.5 oz) garbanzo beans
3 garlic cloves
½ lemon, juice of (add more if desire)
2 Tbsp. Ethiopian Tahini
2 Tbsp. avocado oil or olive oil
2 Tbsp. water
¼ tsp. sea salt
Cracked black pepper, to taste
In a food process or blender, combine all of the ingredients.
Process or blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Serve it with veggies, add it to a salad, or however you wish to enjoy it!
