Recipe: 👉🏻
•1 can drained and rinsed black beans
•1/4 cup coconut oil
•2 Tbsp @hersheycompany unsweetened cocoa powder
•1/2 cup quick oats
•2 tsp @simplyorganicfoods pure vanilla extract •1/3 cup agave nectar
•1/2 tsp baking powder
•pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Optional: stir in 1/3-1/2 cup chocolate chips if you want once batter is made, I left them out this time. Pour into prepared 8x8 pan and bake in a preheated 350F degree oven for 15 minutes. You can top these brownies with extra chocolate chips and add any other flavors you love. Lauren added rose water and lavender to these brownies before but this time she wanted to add a little nutty flavor and swirled in some my @shirleybarliving tahini then topped with some beautiful organic raspberries for good measure. The combo of chocolate, raspberry and a slight nutty taste from the tahini is 💯
